Jean-Philippe Lenot, Head of Hotel Sector Europe & North Africa at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, will present the company’s vision of the hotel sector at the conference “The future is now: the customer experience at the heart of the hotel concept“, on Tuesday 19 March 2019 at 2.45pm.

“In this age of digital technology and changing consumer habits, the hospitality sector is constantly looking for solutions to enhance each customer’s visit and make it as personalised as possible,” says Duc Phan, Director of Strategy and Products at UCOPIA. “Often underestimated by professionals, the Wi-Fi network is a formidable lever of opportunity capable, if properly exploited, of promoting targeted promotional and informative content directly to consumers’ mobile phones. Our partnership with Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise will enable us to offer hotels a turnkey solution for secure Wi-Fi connections combined with high-performance proximity marketing services.

“We’ve been working with the hotel industry for 20 years, and we’re committed to helping them make the right transition to digital engagement and mobility, in complete security. With this in mind, we have extended our ecosystem of partners to meet the specific needs of the market,” continues Nicolas Duez, WLAN Sector Director, Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise. “Wi-Fi is still an essential service in terms of customer and employee experience. It is also an important element in the digital transformation of hotels. Today we are joining forces with Ucopia to enrich our ecosystem and meet the requirements of customers and hoteliers. We intend to establish ourselves as an integrated, versatile supplier offering total convergence for this market.”
