The certification establishes the technical competency of the reseller in suggesting, deploying and maintaining UCOPIA solutions. It starts with training the technicians in approved training centres. The certification is mandatory for accessing the technical support service by telephone.
Any non-certified technician can submit his/her questions by e-mail without any commitment about reply time. Otherwise, it provides entitlement to access the Extranet and more attractive purchasing terms.
There are 3 training levels depending on the product in respect of which you want to build up your skills. They can be combined with purchasing an NFR product at a preferential rate.

• UCOPIA Express (1 day)
• UCOPIA Advance (2 days)
• UCOPIA Advance Expert (1 jour Advance certification is a prerequisite)

You can become a UCOPIA Certified Partner by taking part in the training sessions organised by our distributor approved training centres, and take advantage of preferential rates: Connect Data, Exer Datacom, Westcon Comstor, Westcon Security.
