Replacement Offer*

For all of the products approaching the end of the 3 years' maintenance, UCOPIA provides a replacement offer. A UCOPIA product is made up of a server, a licence and a maintenance contract. As part of the replacement offer, the customer returns its old server to be recycled and is given a brand new server and a new 3 year maintenance contract but does not have to repay the licence.
