Service GOLD

Le service GOLD est un ensemble de services supplémentaires associé à la maintenance.
Il s’ajoute aux services compris dans le contrat de maintenance Standard (descriptif disponible dans le contrat ou sur le site web www.ucopia.com).
Le service GOLD est un contrat souscrit sur 3 ans minimum et son coût correspond à 20% du prix du produit. Le service GOLD inclut pour le moment 2 volets : l’accès à la gestion de parc et l’archivage en ligne des logs.

Services Management platform

The equipment pool management service intended for partners in order to monitor and operate their pool of UCOPIA controllers:

• Custom access to the UCOPIA platform managing the pool of equipment.
• Organise your own pool of UCOPIA devices according to different criteria (end customer, region, product version, maintenance dates, etc.)
• Monitoring UCOPIA boxes :
  • Overall statistics indicating the distribution of the pool of equipment in terms of product range or versions.
  • Detailed statistics for each box (simultaneous connections, available disk space, CPU load, ...).
  • Information about the maintenance contract, license installation date, update version, etc..
  • Administration of boxes from the UCOPIA platform by accessing the UCOPIA administration tools by means of a simple click.
  • Updates can be downloaded from the platform.

On-line archiving of logs

On-line archiving of logs is a service aimed at end customers.
It involves off-site storage of user connection logs on-line on an external server operated by UCOPIA.
The term of the archiving is 12 months, in accordance with the statutory order 2006-358 dated 24 March 2006 and for up to 24 months in Europe. This service allows the customer to keep a backup of logs in case of a hard disk failure.
